i love watamote a lot but also i get uncomfortable with nerd dudes being into it because it feels like a work that makes you really vulnrable if you’re a girl who relates to tomoko on any level in a way i don’t think a dude can

×i wont go into details since a lot of stuff about watamote is touchy stuff but i have to agree ×almost everything she experiences is something very focused on ~being girly~ and liking it is just..its okay but.. ×the thing with tomoko is that you cant always agree with her or her mindset ×she isnt the protagonist everybody loves ×she has huge flaws that are destructive to both her and everybody around her ×but ×her experiences hits home and i enjoy it for its honesty about these types of things ×exept for the more dirty parts i guess
